    Arrival In Rio De Janeiro

    Arrival:

    • Upon arrival at Rio de Janeiro airport, meet your private driver at the disembarkation area.

    Rio - Corcovado & Sugar Loaf Master Exploration

    Morning:

    • 7:30 a.m.: Breakfast at the hotel.
    • 8:30 a.m.: Depart for full-day private tour with English-speaking guide.
    • Board the Corcovado train, passing through the lush Tijuca Rainforest (20-min ride).
    • Arrive at the summit of Corcovado Mountain to visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World.
    • Enjoy panoramic views of Rio from the lookout point.

    Midday:

    • Descend to sea level and continue panoramic city tour.
    • Stop at:  Maracanã Stadium (photo stop – exterior only), Sambadrome (famous Carnival venue), Metropolitan Cathedral (modernist architecture),Selarón Steps – a vibrant mosaic art installation by Jorge Selarón.

    Afternoon:

    Iguassu Falls - Brazilian Side Spectacle

    Iguassu - Argentinean Falls - Buenos Aires

    Morning:

    • Transfer to the Argentinian side of Iguassu Falls.
    • Visit the Visitors’ Center, then take a 10-minute train ride to Devil’s Throat, the largest water flow in the complex (107 meters high).
    • Walk the Lower Circuit (approx. 1.3 km) to view smaller waterfalls, including Carlos Bozzetti Waterfall.
    • Continue to the Upper Circuit for panoramic views of the falls, San Martin Island, and the Brazilian side.

    • There will be NO luggage handling facility throughout the tour at all places all the individuals have to handle their own luggage at airports, hotels & during coach travel - All travellers have to carry their own passports, tickets, forex & any other important s. It is recommended to leave passport photocopy at your resident, office & carry one copy while travelling.
       
    • All the travellers must clear all their respective payments 30 days prior to their tour departure failing to which company has the right to cancel their booking without any notice.
       
    • We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any particular departure, excursion advertised. For the convenience of our passengers, the itinerary may be amended.
       
    • All hotels bills should be cleared & rooms should be checked out before 30 mins of the schedule time of departure. Incidentals like drinks, snacks, in-room dining, TV channels, any room damages in the room, bathroom water overflow etc while your stay at respective hotel will have to bear & borne by clients.
       
    • On event of a No Show / Late Cancellation, 100% Cancellation Charges apply.
       
    • In Case the above hotels are not available or if the hotel rates change there will be similar hotel provided or difference of amount will be charged subject to category of hotels.
       
    • In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS.
       
    • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
       
    • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
       
    • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Airlines and season/off season time.
       
    • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
       
    • The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
       
    • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first)
